These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the websites, apps and services provided by Meowgic LLC (“Meowgic”, “we”, “us”), including Calfie and Cuddle (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Services
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, records and other content you add to the Services. You give us a limited license to host, store and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the Services for you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the content you add.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the Services. For example, don’t break the law, infringe other people’s rights, interfere with or disrupt the Services, try to access them without permission, or use them in any way that harms animals or people.
Animal care
Our apps are tools to help you care for animals. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice — always consult a qualified veterinarian about your animals’ health.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require payment. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store’s terms, including its refund policy. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
App stores
If you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services or for providing support for them.
Intellectual property
The Services — including our software, designs, logos and the names Meowgic, Calfie and Cuddle — are owned by Meowgic LLC and protected by law. These Terms don’t give you any right to use our trademarks.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meowgic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know, and by continuing to use the Services you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Meowgic LLC is organized and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
